Born in Oceanside, California in 1985 to Tom and Linda Hering, Mrs. Becky Schroeder spent the first fourteen years of her life in Carlsbad, CA, which is located 30 miles north of San Diego. After her father received a call to serve at Our Savior Lutheran Church, her family moved to Grafton, WI where her parents still reside. Becky is the third of six children HAVING three brothers and two sisters. She married Micah Schroeder in June 2012.
Becky attended Beautiful Saviour Lutheran School in Carlsbad, CA for all nine of her grade school years. After moving to Wisconsin following her final year of elementary school, she attended Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson, WI. Following her tenure at Kettle, she attended Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN where she graduated with a degree in education in 2007. Upon graduation, Becky was called to serve at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI where she had the opportunity to teach freshman English, coach varsity softball, and supervise the dance team. After two years there, she was called to Garden Homes Lutheran School where she currently teaches second grade and coaches several sports teams.
