Background:
My name is Alyssa Hussman and I am originally from the town of Vassar, Michigan. I grew up on a farm with my parens and two brothers. I attended St. Luke’s Lutheran grade school and made my way to Michigan Lutheran Seminary for high school. The professors at Michigan Lutheran Seminary were some of the greatest and most inspiring teachers I’ve ever had. They encouraged me to continue my Christian education at Martin Luther College. I graduated from MLC in 2011 with a degree in elementary education. I am married to Andrew Hussman who is now in his first year at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. I thank God for all he has blessed me with, including the wonderful faculty, staff, and students at Garden Homes Lutheran School.
